“How can I not be nervous?” was the first phrase we heard from Adriana Lima seconds before the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2011-2012 started. She’s back and so as her unbelievably amazing figure! She’s known to electrify the runway and she surely did not disappoint the viewers this year. Always a crowd favorite, the brunette bombshell took the stage in a sexy super hero angel outfit, looking fierce and flawless in blue and orange latex.
Insuring she is nothing short of perfection for her time on stage, Adriana stuck to a liquid-only diet for nine days prior to the big event (she stopped her liquid intake 12 hours before the show). Getting a lot of pre-show grief after revealing her strict diet and workout routine, Adriana defended her regimen, telling E!, “I know it’s very intense but…I just have an athlete’s mind and I appreciate doing this thing. It’s not that I do crazy diets throughout the year. I just do it for this particular thing.
